Thanks guys! I highly recommend for buying a new Mac or getting something fixed. They fixed my friend’s laptop while we waited and played around on new computers, so it’s basically like an Apple store without the fuss, long wait times, or pretentious millennias – no offense to millennials. Think if the Apple Genius Bar had beer and no lines filled with old ladies trying to pull photos from their broken iPhones. It’s set up like a mini Apple store with display models in their lobby and a technical operation behind glass.

They’ve increased their supply of everything Apple related and it’s basically a candy store for Mac nerds like myself. We chatted about lots of different products and how they’ve been doing since moving their shop into their new digs. SUPER knowledgable, and knew exactly the type of adapter I needed. Recently they moved into a larger facility and I needed a new adapter for my 2008 Macbook Pro. All work great for refurbished and practically brand new Macbook Pros. My company purchased quite a few Apple Macs from these guys in the last year when they were across the hall from us. If I need anything related to Apple products I will first call Quality Mac!!! AND IT WORKED AS I EXPECTED!!! My Macbook Pro now has the Apple and Windows operating system on it and it works seamlessly. Next morning, I arrive when the doors open and my Macbook Pro was ready to go. Sure enough by 5pm he called to check in, to confirm he was working on my computer and it would be ready to go the next day. He said he would call me towards the end of the day to follow up. After a few minutes of discussion he said he thought he could solve my problem and my computer would be ready the next morning. He listened to what I had to say and understood what I wanted to accomplish. I went to Quality Macs and shared my frustration with Mathew Brown.
I then turned to Unilocal and looked for Apple support tech companies and well here I am. He did put an application on my computer, but it wasn’t complete and I was extremely frustrated because I had just wasted 3 hours and no solution. After waiting for 3 hours at the Apple store… I was able to speak to a so called Apple genius only to find out he could not help me. One day, I was sharing my frustration with a computer sales person at Best Buy and he recommended a solution and referred to the Apple store for support. What I didn’t realize was the Mac IOS does not support a lot of the application programs I use at work, so I was not able to access my work reports.

They gave me a free (used) speck case with my new 13″ so I wouldn’t walk out with it nakedĪfter spending 100’s if not 1000’s of dollars on windows computers, I decided to move over to the world of Mac. If you’re even slightly curious, check out their website because all their inventory is updated daily! P. You can even trade your old stuff in too! They take all Apple products from the laptops to phones to watches. If you’re looking to get a new mac or upgrade, DO NOT go to the Mac store! «Adopt» a slighty older Mac for less than full purchase value. In fact, I ended up exchanging it for a newer 13″ and I have to say I am VERY happy with it! (I’m currently writing this review on it) Great customer service and great products! The gentlemen working there are more than willing to help you find the right fit for you and with the 30 day return policy, you can always bring it back if you find that it’s not the right Mac for you. I came back to return it since they have a 30 day return policy and they happily let me do so with no pressure. While I was happy with the size of the screen, it turns out that I wasn’t too happy with the resolution since it was a bit of an older model. I went with 15″ 2009 Macbook Pro and bought it online on their Ebay store via Paypal and picked it up in-person.
